1. Introduction
Welcome to POSE Booth / Perth Onsite Studio & Event Booth  ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our photobooth services. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services
We provide photobooth rental services for events, including weddings, parties, corporate events, and more. Our services may include the setup of the photo booth, on-site support, digital photo albums, and printed photo strips.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: To secure our services for your event, a booking must be made through our website, email, or phone. We may require details about your event, such as the date, location, and expected number of guests.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due atleast 14 days before the event date.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via our list of payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer].


4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 28 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your booking in case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, we will issue a full refund, including the deposit.


5. Event Requirements

Access and Setup: Clients are responsible for providing a suitable space for the photobooth setup and ensuring access to the event venue at least [number of hours] before the event start time.
Power Supply: A reliable power source must be provided at the event location. We are not liable for any issues caused by inadequate power supply.
Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for ensuring that guests use the photobooth appropriately and safely. We reserve the right to cease operation if guests' behavior poses a risk to our equipment or staff.

Venue Location: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all address details of the venue are correct. POSE Booth cannot be held responsible for any errors or delays resulting from incorrect or missing address details.


6. Use of Images
By using our services, you agree that POSE Booth may use the images captured during your event for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before the event.

7. Privacy
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Equipment and Damages
Clients are responsible for any damages caused to our equipment during the event due to misuse, negligence, or failure to comply with these Terms. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the client.

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or equipment failure.

11. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
